Delivery and Returns
Due to our current situation, I am doing FREE local deliveries!
just click on “pick up in store” at check out and I will drop it to your door within the week.
You can also drop me a text to arrange to pick it up from moo and have a browse and a chat when you’re in there - I’m only round the corner so I can pop down most days and times!!
If you wish to try anything on, just get in touch - I can drop a bag of goodies on your doorstep to try. You can also make an appointment to come and try in moo - there’s room to bring a friend too!
There are 3 ways to get your Moo loveliness to you when you buy online.
1 - Next day £5.00
If you order before 12.30pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) your order will be shipped to you by special courier guaranteed next day delivery (If you order on a Friday for delivery please contact us so we can prioritise 07779305582), they will even drop you a text to let you know what time you need to be in to receive it.
Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be shipped out on the next working day for delivery the day after.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
2 - Two to three days £3.00
We will ship your goods to you using special courier and these will arrive within the normal time frame of 2 to 3 days, please be aware this could be longer at Christmas time.
3 - Pick up at store Free
If you live near the store you can buy online and pick up at your convenience.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 14 days to return to us at the below address. All items must be returned with the original tags and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. When we receive your items back at store they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email.

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send back to the above address, once the item is received back instore we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.
Buying In Store
Change of Heart
If you get home and have a change of heart you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
If you find a fault with the item you have bought please get the item back to store within 28 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
